Job Summary

As a Senior Java Developer, you will be responsible for building robust, high-quality products while ensuring optimal performance and stability. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and implement innovative technical solutions to enhance software architecture and usability.

Job Description

  • Maintain high-quality products through code and design reviews
  • Build and enhance product features using Java, Hibernate, MySQL, Spring, Python, and Shell scripting
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members
  • Recommend and implement software architecture improvements based on project needs
  • Offer in-depth technical support to analysts and troubleshoot root causes of issues
  • Research and integrate cutting-edge technology stacks to improve product performance
  • Collaborate with front-end teams to develop stable and user-friendly applications
  • Optimize database performance and ensure system scalability
  • The Java Team Lead is responsible for leading and managing a team of developers, overseeing software design and implementation, ensuring code quality and best practices, mentoring team members, and driving technical innovation and system optimization.

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in backend web development (10+ years of experience as team lead)
  • Strong expertise in Java 8+, Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, object-oriented design, and design patterns
  • Proficiency in Java and RESTful APIs (Python and Angular experience is desirable)
  • Experience with SQL, relational databases (MySQL), and microservices architecture
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux environments and Git
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Mandarin proficiency to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.

  • Effective teamwork and collaboration abilities
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
