Job Description

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize high-quality, fully tested source code
  • Implement best practices for front-end architecture and coding standards
  • Conduct peer code reviews to maintain code quality and performance
  • Ensure high-quality graphic standards and brand consistency
  • Provide technical assistance during User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Collaborate with teams across development, design, and business analysis
  • Communicate technical solutions effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Candidates for theFrontend Team Lead role should have experience leading and mentoring teams, conducting code reviews, task planning, risk management, and optimizing development workflows for efficient project delivery.

Job Requirements

  • 6+ years of proven experience as a Front-End Developer (for team lead, 10+ years of proven experience required)
  • Proficiency in modern JavaScript frameworks/libraries (ReactJS, NextJS, Angular, VueJS, Redux, SASS/SCSS, ES5/6)
  • In-depth understanding of the entire web development process (design, development, and deployment), with the ability to provide suggestions and solutions for client change requests
  • Experience in mobile-responsive design principles and performance optimization
  • Proficiency with Git repositories
  • Familiarity with browser testing and debugging
  • Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, or Professional Certificate in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
  • We seek candidates proficient in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients effectively.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with Figma and Drawio
  • Experience leading or mentoring junior developers
  • Ability to convert standard HTML into reusable front-end components
  • Experience in identifying and solving website performance issues (First Contentful Paint, Time to Interactive)
  • Self-driven and eager to expand knowledge beyond front-end development
