Responsibilities

  1. Report to the Head of the Software Development division.

  2. Take full responsibility for the overall technical direction and management of present and future

projects and programs.

  1. Work as technical lead, keeping in view all aspects of the healthcare system and modules from

a business as well as technical viewpoints.

  1. Provide scheduled updates on the development progress, and highlight any technical

challenges as well as resolutions to the Division Head.

  1. Identify resourcing needs and satisfy them by recommending the necessary tools and/or

human resources for the development team.

  1. Constantly review the quality of the developers' coding so that it is in line with the industry

standard practices. Hands-on experience with ISO, CMMi and best practices of software

development processes is an added advantage.

Key Result Areas

  1. Architecting, designing and developing cloud applications and solutions using Java, open-

source tools, SOA and native cloud technology.

Developing cloud solutions and architecture,
demonstrates proficiency in Java, Spring Boot,

NextJS, TailwindCSS; Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices using Spring

Boot.

Using DevOps methodology to deploy applications to a Kubernetes cluster, and CI/CD

processes for smooth and efficient deployments.

4.
Structure complex problems across multiple systems and functions.

  1. Providing technical guidance to the development team and in performing technical reviews.

  2. Looking for new technology and techniques to improve the technical competencies of the

development team.

Requirements

1. 5 years of experience in architecting, designing and developing software applications and

solutions using Java, open-source tools, SOA and native cloud technology.

2. Possess good communication and problem-solving skills.

3. Self-motivated with the ability to drive new initiatives.

4. Ability to work independently, lead a developer team, and adhere to deadlines.
