We are looking for an
Intern
in Malaysia who will support our team with executing marketing campaigns, data analytics, supporting agency events, and handling operational tasks within the agency distribution channel.

What You'll Do

  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Support in the organizing and managing agency events, including logistics and communication with relevant parties.
  • Manage agency reward programs and fulfilment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and maintain business performance reports to monitor key metrics and business outcomes.
  • Contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives by providing data support and analysis.
  • Provide administrative support for the agency channel, including preparation of reports, data entry, and documentation.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders such as business partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of marketing and agency initiatives.
  • Assist in the handling of ad-hoc business matters and requests related to marketing and agency operations.

Who You Are

  • You are a bachelor's degree student or graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Communications, or other related fields.
  • You have an academic background in business or finance
  • You have strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are a good communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • You are self-motivated, proactive, eager to learn and a team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to take on new challenges.
