  • Supervise, guide, and support service staff during shifts.
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and maintain high service standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Coordinate communication between the service team and kitchen team.
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper setup of dining and service areas.
  • Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating new or existing staff.
  • Monitor staff attendance, discipline, grooming, and service performance.
  • Assist in managing inventory, stock levels, and placing supply requests.
  • Handle opening and closing procedures, including cashiering and reporting.
  • Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and company SOPs.
  • Support the manager in team motivation and creating a positive work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality, F&B, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in restaurant, café, or F&B operations.
  • Prior supervisory experience is an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and operational standards.
  • Familiar with POS systems and basic cash handling.
  • Ability to multitask and solve problems quickly.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
