Key Responsibilities

  • Greet customers politely and provide excellent customer service.
  • Process customer orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
  • Handle cash, card, e-wallet, and other payment methods responsibly.
  • Issue receipts, manage order numbers, and ensure smooth customer flow.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter and surrounding area.
  • Assist with menu inquiries, promotions, and customer questions.
  • Perform cashier opening and closing duties, including cash count and reconciliation.
  • Report discrepancies, errors, or POS issues to the supervisor or manager.
  • Support restaurant operations such as packing orders, restocking items, or helping crew members when needed.
  • Follow company policies, cash-handling procedures, and hygiene standards.

Job Requirements

  • SPM / High School Certificate or equivalent (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Experience in cashiering or customer service is an advantage.
  • Training will be provided for candidates without experience.
  • Basic mathematical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and customer-handling skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiar with POS systems (training will be provided).
  • Able to handle cash accurately and responsibly.
  • Good teamwork and multitasking skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
