Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily restaurant operations, including dining area and kitchen activities.
• Ensure high-quality customer service and handle customer issues professionally.
• Lead, train, schedule, and evaluate staff performance.
• Maintain food quality, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Manage inventory levels, stock ordering, supplier coordination, and cost control.
• Oversee cash handling, POS operations, daily sales reports, and financial record accuracy.
• Implement company policies, SOPs, and service standards.
• Create a positive work environment and resolve staff conflicts when needed.
• Plan and support marketing activities, promotions, and sales initiatives.
• Analyze restaurant performance and propose improvements for efficiency and revenue growth.
• Ensure all equipment and facilities are well-maintained and safe for use.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, F&B Management, Business, or related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in restaurant or F&B operations.
• Prior supervisory or managerial experience is required.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Knowledge of food safety, hygiene regulations, and restaurant operational standards.
• Proficiency in POS systems, cash management, and basic computer applications.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
