Sales Manager

Advanced Global Alliance Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Manager to join our team in the Klang Valley. This role will lead and develop a new business division focused on direct and indirect materials for Semiconductor/ Electronics manufacturing. The position is full-time and based in Klang Valley.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through active market engagement
- Conduct regular customer visits and submit weekly visit plans
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, serving as their primary point of contact
- Present and demonstrate technical concepts and product solutions, working closely with the Technical Department when required
- Manage and grow existing accounts while expanding partnerships
- Take full ownership of sales revenue and profitability, ensuring achievement of assigned sales targets
- Plan, organize, and participate in exhibitions, training sessions, roadshows, and marketing events
- Conduct live events and deliver effective product presentations to customers
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence feedback to management
- Contribute to team success by supporting related initiatives as needed
- Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in a related industry
- Experience in materials or consumables in Semiconductor/ Electronics manufacturing is a strong advantage
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Strong planning and organizational skills, including customer visit planning and reporting
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and other standard software for preparing sales and marketing materials
- Willingness and flexibility to travel overseas when required
