The Opportunity

The Assistant Manager responsible to manage the overall operational matters related to the assessment area. The incumbent is also responsible to assess applications into Monash University Malaysia campus degree courses and convert applications to Offers, providing expert advice on local and international qualifications to the stakeholders. 

This role must be able to demonstrate experience in the interpretation and application of academic and administrative policy and have the ability to come up with decisive decision making in relevance to assessment of academic qualifications. In the absence of the Manager, he/she will be required to perform all the tasks undertaken by the manager, lead the team and be able to address and solve complex situations with optimum solution. 

The incumbent must also be proactively involved in project(s) and process improvement exercises undertaken by the office but not limited to the entire Marketing & Future Students team and whole organization.

Reporting Line: The position reports to Senior Manager, Admission
