HSSE Management:

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining HSSE policies, procedures, and programs.
  • To ensure audit is being conducted for compliance with HSSE regulations and company policies.
  • Support the HSSE Manager in managing risk assessments and implementing risk mitigation measures.
  • Assist in the preparation of HSSE reports, statistics, and presentations for management review.

Safety and Health:

  • Act as the primary contact for safety and health-related matters within the organization.
  • Conduct safety and health training programs for employees and contractors.
  • Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-misses, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update safety and health documentation, including safety data sheets, incident reports, and training records.
  • Coordinate emergency response drills and procedures.

Environmental Management:

  • Assist in developing and implementing environmental management programs.
  • Monitor and report on environmental performance, including waste management and pollution control
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
  • Promote environmental awareness and sustainable practices within the organization.

Security:

  • Support the implementation of security policies and procedures

Regulatory Compliance:

  • Stay updated on relevant HSSE regulations and industry best practices.
  • Ensure that all HSSE activities comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely submission of required documentation and reports.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for improving HSSE performance and implement initiatives to enhance safety culture.
