Sales (Indoor)

We are looking for a passionate and customer-oriented Sales to join our wholesale team. In this role, you will be serving customers from walk-in or remote, processing orders and providing support to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer to incoming sales inquiries and process customer orders efficiently.
- Provide accurate product information and support to clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identify opportunities for potential business.
- Prepare sales quotes, follow up on leads and assist with client account management.
- Collaborate with the retail and warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability.
- Stay informed on product updates, market trends and customer needs to better support sales efforts.
Requirements:
- SPM qualification, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player with high level of responsiveness.
Nice to Have:
- Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or B2B sales.
- Experience in handling walk-in customers or showroom sales.
