Indoor Sales Executive

We are assisting our Client to source for potential candidates to fill in the role as Indoor Sales Executives to be based in their KL HQ Branch or Penang Branch (2 vacancies available). Our Client is a leading retails florist and a well-established retail company in the floral industry.
Job Responsibilities:
- Persuade clients that our products or services meet their needs in terms of quality, price, and delivery
- Plan and execute marketing and sales strategies to meet company goals
- Research and analyze market trends and customer needs
- Achieve monthly sales targets and help grow our client base
- Maintain good relationships with existing clients and partners
- Identify and qualify new leads, and manage existing accounts
- Present and demonstrate products clearly to potential clients, explaining features and benefits
- Study market trends to discover new customers, segments, and opportunities in the brick and construction industry
- Ensure clear and effective communication within the sales team, with customers, and with other departments
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Willing to learn, present products, and close sales
- Can work in a team and talk to people at all levels
- Able to work on Public Holidays / Peak Seasons
- Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm, 6 days per week (1 flexible off day of your choice)
