Currently operating in six locations across Malaysia and expanding, X Park aims to lead the outdoor activity sector across the country.

Role Description

We are hiring for the roles of Park Rangers, Customer Service Representatives, and Sales & Marketing Executives. These full-time positions are located on-site in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Park Rangers will oversee park activities, ensure visitor safety, and maintain park facilities. Customer Service Representatives will assist guests with inquiries, handle ticketing, and ensure a friendly visitor experience. Sales & Marketing Executives will develop strategies to attract visitors, promote the park's offerings, and build strong relationships with partners and clients.

Qualifications

  • For Park Rangers: Strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to safety, and the ability to handle outdoor challenges
  • For Customer Service: Communication, guest relations, and problem-solving skills
  • For Sales & Marketing Executives: Digital marketing, content creation, and strategic thinking skills
  • Teamwork, adaptability, and a passion for outdoor adventures
  • Relevant qualifications in sports management, hospitality, customer service, or marketing are an advantage
  • Prior experience in similar roles or the adventure sports industry is beneficial
