Role Purpose(s)

Your primary mission is to support the company's Total Rewards strategy and framework, ensuring that compensation and benefits practices across 17 countries align with our Rewards Philosophy. This role focuses on key areas including compensation, benefits, policies, and employee recognition. You will also be responsible for managing global vendors and external agencies that deliver C&B services across our international offices.

This is an individual contributor position reporting directly to the HR Rewards Manager based in Singapore.

Key Accountabilities

You are responsible for driving the organization's Total Rewards strategy through the implementation of global and regional Compensation & Benefits programs, ensuring alignment and compliance across all locations. Your key duties include salary and benefits benchmarking, managing benefits inquiries, collaborating with vendors for seamless program delivery, maintaining policies and employee handbooks, and supporting annual salary reviews. You will also provide analytical insights and ad-hoc reporting to support management decisions.

Job Responsibilities & Duties

  • Support the organization's Total Rewards strategy and philosophy by implementing robust global and regional C&B programs. Ensure alignment of key programs across all locations and provide clear guidelines for regional and local offices to execute these initiatives effectively.
  • Participate in key compensation surveys such as Mercer for the purpose of salary benchmarking. Develop and refresh salary ranges for all CrimsonLogic locations to support hiring, annual salary reviews, and talent management initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary escalation point for employee benefits inquiries on benefits administration and insurance coverage issues.
  • Collaborate with international vendors to ensure the timely and seamless delivery of key compensation and benefits programs, including employee insurance, rewards and recognition initiatives, and long-service awards.
  • Ensure all total rewards practices comply to the local laws and regulations of each country of employment. Develop and maintain global and local policies to ensure adherence to local laws for all people practices. Regularly update and maintain employee handbooks for all sites.
  • Support global annual salary increase, sales incentive, performance bonus and promotion exercises.
  • Prepare and deliver ad-hoc reports and analytical insights to support management decision-making and reporting requirements.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, preferably with a specialization in Human Resource Management.

Working Experience Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation and Benefits managing a regional portfolio
