What you'll be doing?
  • Lead registration processes: Provide strategic leadership in developing, implementing, and monitoring all aspects of student admissions, registration, and record-keeping.
  • Ensure compliance: Monitor and maintain student records in accordance with university regulations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of data.
  • Generate key reports: Prepare essential enrollment, population, and statistical reports for management, contributing to data-driven decision-making.
  • Enhance student services: Ensure efficient service delivery to students, resolving issues promptly and effectively communicating with students and parents.
  • Manage scholarships: Participate in scholarship interviews and oversee the scholarship process, including offer letters and performance monitoring.
  • Optimize resource allocation: Collaborate with academic leaders to efficiently allocate classrooms and maximize space utilization for teaching activities.
  • Monitor class schedules: Track class cancellations and movements, providing regular reports to academic departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Advanced degree holder: Candidates with a Master's degree and a passion for academic administration are encouraged to apply.
  • Experienced leader: At least 3 years of progressive experience in academic management is preferred, but candidates with no prior experience are also welcomed to apply.
