Panasonic Information Systems Company Asia Pacific (PISCAP) is an IT solutions partner which provides IT Professional Services to 63 Panasonic Group companies in APAC Region, comprising of 7 Main Business Lines. We are seeking a highly skilled
Infrastructure Project Manager
to join our
Infrastructure Project Delivery Team
and drive the successful execution of infrastructure initiatives. The role encompasses end-to-end project ownership — from planning and execution to closure — ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

The ideal candidate possesses a strong foundation in
IT infrastructure
, demonstrates proficiency in
project management methodologies
such as
Waterfall
and
Agile (Scrum)
, and brings a proven track record of leading complex infrastructure projects to successful completion through effective stakeholder engagement and resource management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead infrastructure projects from initiation to closure
  • Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Create a detailed project plan that identifies and sequences the activities needed to successfully complete the project
  • Manage project resources, including procurement and contract negotiations
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Manage relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams
  • Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies

Qualifications

  • Proven work experience as an Infrastructure Project Manager or similar role
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
  • Experience in project management, from conception to delivery
  • Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and project management principles
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance controls
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
  • PMP or similar certification
