About the role…

ALP, an innovative firm specializing in logistic property development, is seeking an Accounting Executive / Senior Executive to support our rapidly expanding businesses in Malaysia. The role's responsibilities include but are not limited to preparing payment, being involved in reports preparation, ensuring that accurate records are kept by standard practices, etc.

Internally working closely with the ALPM team & Taipei office(HQ) Externally liaising with shareholders and stakeholders such as representatives from holding companies, bankers, auditors, tax agents, authorities (Custom, IRB), and corporate secretary.

What you will do…

  1. Daily cash management (monitoring bank balances, ensuring sufficient liquidity).
  2. Processing payments, fund transfers, and bank instructions in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Bank reconciliations of unreconciled items.
  4. Support in managing loan drawdowns, repayments, and interest calculations.
  5. Assist in monitoring foreign exchange exposures and preparing hedging documentation.
  6. Preparation of treasury-related reports for management review.
  7. Maintain proper records of treasury transactions and support audit requirements.

What skills are required…

  1. Prefer to have working experience in the construction and property development accounting field or possess an audit background.
  2. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word and Excel.
  3. Fluent in English and able to communicate in Malay and Mandarin.
  4. Knowledge of SAP / IFCA / any accounting software.
