Responsibilities:

  • To audit and verify daily site collection.
  • To ensure payment received/entries are updated and posted correctly.
  • To supervise and attend to complaint or inquiry on credit control matters.
  • To monitor and ensure collection are meeting expected target.
  • To prepare weekly and monthly debtors and collection report.
  • To supervise monthly billing and credit control procedure to ensure timely and correct billings are properly implemented.
  • To monitor and analyze the payments plan, overall collection, to prepare and implement debt recovery program.

Requirements:

  • Possess a recognized Diploma/Degree in Business Administration or related qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 to 5 years working experiences in property development industry.
  • Analytical, have the ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills both in English and Malay.
  • Possess strong credit control administrative abilities with good organization, communication and excellent interpersonal skills as well as strong negotiation skills.
  • A team-player with a strong commitment to department/company.
