Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Assistant based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. The Customer Support Assistant will assist with stock control, ensure effective communication with customers, provide excellent customer service, and support sales processes. Additional responsibilities include assisting in customer training and addressing customer inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and effective Customer Communication skills
  • Experience in Stock Control management
  • Capability to support Sales and customer training tasks
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to resolve customer concerns professionally
  • Organizational skills and proficiency in using basic computer systems and software
  • Previous experience in the packaging or printing industry is an advantage
  • Diploma or equivalent educational qualifications preferred
