Role Description

This full-time, on-site role as a Transformation and Transition Manager is based in Petaling Jaya. The successful candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and management of transformation and transition initiatives to ensure seamless delivery of projects. Day-to-day tasks include identifying business process improvements, coordinating cross-functional teams, setting project objectives, monitoring progress, mitigating risks, and managing budgets and timelines to meet organizational goals. The role also requires regular reporting and communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective delivery.

Qualifications

  • Skills in project management, risk management, and resource planning
  • Expertise in business process analysis, workflow optimization, and process improvement
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders, and build effective collaboration
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for report preparation and conveying complex ideas
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools and methodologies for transformation and transition management
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Previous experience in transition management or organizational change management is preferred
  • Adaptability, initiative, and a results-driven approach to managing corporate transformations
