Key Responsibilities

Production Operations

  • Operate assigned production or printing machines according to standard operating procedures (SOP).
  • Set up machine parameters based on job orders and production requirements.
  • Monitor production process to ensure output meets quality specifications.
  • Load raw materials (paper rolls/inks/adhesives) into machines and ensure correct alignment.

Quality Control

  • Perform basic product inspections and quality checks throughout production.
  • Identify product defects and take corrective actions or escalate to supervisor.
  • Maintain documentation and production records accurately.
  • Ensure final output meets company quality standards before packaging.

Machine Maintenance & Safety

  • Perform routine daily machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
  • Assist technicians during machine breakdown or troubleshooting.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations (5S, PPE, ISO, HACCP where applicable).
  • Report any machine or safety issues immediately to the production supervisor.

Productivity & Team Support

  • Achieve daily production targets efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and follow shift leader's instructions.
  • Assist in process improvement to reduce waste and increase productivity.
  • Follow proper material handling processes and reduce production downtime.

Requirements

  • SPM / Certificate in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Printing (added advantage).
  • Experience in production environment (printing industry preferred).
  • Able to work in rotating shifts and overtime when required.
  • Basic mechanical and machine operation knowledge.
  • Ability to read job sheets and follow SOPs.
  • Physically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks.
  • Good teamwork and discipline.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM1, RM1,850.00 per month
