Job Description:

  • To ensure department KPI are achieved.
  • To highlight and coordinate with engineering team to address downtime in production floor.
  • To inform superiors on production issues and bottleneck.
  • To ensure the records are record correctly and signed.
  • To manage operators to have smooth production.
  • To ensure the attendance is complying with company rules and regulations.
  • To ensure safety of work is carry out accordingly.
  • To execute production according production planning schedule.
  • To highlight and coordinate with quality control team to address quality issues in production floor.
  • To carry out 5S housekeeping activity in production floor.
  • To support production when insufficient man power.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualifications.
  • Can read and write Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Serendah.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,200.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Serendah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
