  2. Assist to prepare and process purchase requisitions and purchase orders for purchasing of material and equipment in a timely and cost effective manner.
  3. Assist to review the purchase order claims and contracts to ensure conformance to company policy.
  4. Assist to identify and engage vendors for purchasing of material and equipment to ensure product availability, appropriate terms of sales as well as price point
  5. Assist to collaborate with the users in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials to enable product availability, reasonable pricing at expected quality level.
  6. Assist to prepare the periodic reports to monitor the department's achievement and performance for management's knowledge and decision making.
  7. To maintain all records and documentation so as to enable future reference and audit purposes.
  8. Assist in Data Collection from various department and ability to manage and analyze big pool of data.

Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Management  or equivalent.
