The Senior Group Finance Manager will be responsible for providing strategic financial leadership, overseeing all aspects of group financial operations, and ensuring strong governance across business units. This role plays a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and upholding the integrity of financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Group's financial operations, consolidation, and reporting activities.
  • Drive financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes aligned with strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS standards, tax, and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage cash flow, funding, and banking relationships to ensure financial stability.
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial systems, and governance frameworks.
  • Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support business expansion and investment decisions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop finance teams across the Group.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, CIMA, MIA or equivalent) required.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong background in real estate, property development, or investment-related industries preferred.
  • Comprehensive understanding of MFRS/IFRS, financial reporting, and compliance.
  • Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and business acumen.
