Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Service Crew member located in WP, Kuala Lumpur. The Service Crew member will be responsible for welcoming and serving customers, preparing and making juices and smoothies, handling transactions, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role may also include assisting in inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in food and beverage preparation and safety
  • Ability to handle transactions and cash accurately
  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus but not required
  • Basic understanding of digital tools and technology
