SERVICE CREW

Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew. As part of the team, you will play a key role in delivering excellent service and ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and serve customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages following standard procedures.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, counters, and kitchen spaces.
  • Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory.
  • Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, or special requests promptly and professionally.
  • Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Requirements

  • No prior experience is required; training will be provided (experience in F&B or customer service is a plus).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and POS systems.
  • Physical stamina to stand, move, and perform tasks during shifts.
  • Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Able to converse in English/Bahasa Melayu
