About the role

We are seeking passionate and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew at our vibrant and growing café in Kuala Lumpur. As a Service Crew, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our customers. This is a full-time position that offers opportunities for career development within our dynamic organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction
  2. Taking and processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
  3. Preparing and serving food and beverages according to our high standards
  4. Maintaining a clean and well-organised work environment
  5. Restocking and replenishing supplies as needed
  6. Adhering to all health, safety and hygiene regulations
  7. Assisting with other duties as required to support the café operations

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or retail role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanour
  3. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  4. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  5. Enthusiasm for providing excellent customer service and a desire to contribute to the success of the business
  6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
