Job Responsibilities:

  1. Credit Management:

  2. Review and assess customer credit applications by evaluating financials statements, payment history, and external credit reports.

  3. Prepare clear credit risk assessments and credit scoring report to support decision making.
  4. Recommend appropriate credit limits and terms to the designated approver based on risk analysis.
  5. Provide support on service and order on credit hold by working closely with internal stakeholders to minimize disruption.
  6. Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all credit reviews and approvals ensuring audit readiness.
  7. Generate report related to credit hold status.
  8. Assist in managing blocked order queues to ensure timely action is taken.

  9. Customer Master Data:

  10. Create, maintain, and validate customer master record in ERP system, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business rules.

  11. Validate and verify supporting documents for customer creation, updates, and changes, ensuring they meet audit and policy standards.
  12. Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and audit requirements for all master data changes.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, and OTC to resolve data issues or discrepancies.
  14. Periodically review and cleanse customer master data to maintain system integrity and reporting accuracy.
  15. Track and report on KPIs including turnaround time for credit reviews and data accuracy.
  16. Generate and analyse reports related to credit evaluation and credit hold status.
  17. Support month end closing activities
  18. Participate in system testing, continuous improvement initiatives, and other tasks or projects as assigned.
  19. Support internal and external audits by preparing and providing required documentations.
  20. Establish and maintain cross functional relationships across the business to improve customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum two (2) years to five (5) of relevant working experience in credit analysis, account receivable, collections, or customer master data management.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or equivalent.
  • Good understanding of financial statements and credit risk indicators.
  • Familiar with credit scoring models, risk matrices, and data governance practices.
  • Familiarity with billing, AR principles, and AR process.
