What You'll Do:

1. Credit Management:

  • Review customer credit applications by analyzing financial statements, payment history, and credit reports.
  • Prepare clear credit risk assessments and recommend credit limits and terms.
  • Work closely with internal teams to manage credit holds and blocked orders, minimizing business disruption.
  • Keep accurate records of credit reviews and approvals, ready for audits.
  • Generate reports on credit holds and blocked order status.

2. Customer Master Data:

  • Create and maintain customer records in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
  • Verify all supporting documents for customer data changes meet audit standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and OTC teams to solve data issues.
  • Periodically review and clean customer data to keep records accurate.
  • Track and report KPIs related to credit reviews and data accuracy.

Additional:

  • Support month-end closing and audit activities.
  • Participate in system testing and process improvements.
  • Build strong relationships across teams to improve customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-5 years' experience in credit analysis, accounts receivable, collections, or customer master data management.
  • Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Familiar with financial statements, credit risk analysis, scoring models, and data governance.
  • Comfortable with AR principles and billing processes.
  • Skilled in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, accurate, and proactive in managing sensitive financial data.
  • Able to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong analytical abilities.
  • Accountable and serious about data security and compliance.
