  • Coordinate, manage, and resolve billing issues, termination, new applications, reactivations, adjustments (Credit/Debit Note)
  • Responding to subscriber's request and enquiries or transferring the matter to the necessary department.
  • Generate, process and ensure related subscribers billing are issued in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Identify, discuss and propose solution towards inconsistencies payment.
  • Monitor, keep track and accurately logging of payments received from subscribers while maintaining good records and balance.
  • Follow up on delinquent payments and resubmit billing when needed.
  • Preparing and update account statements for subscribers as well as managing account balances accordingly and updating subscribers' records with issued invoices, processed payments, new balance and subscriber contract information through proper documentation and filling process.
