CONSTRUCTION DIVISION

  • Monitoring and administering various contracts and sub-contract works, including preparing progress reports, recommending payments, issuing variation order certificates and finalizing accounts documentation.
  • Conduct verification of material requisitions, take-off quantities and site measurements of completed work.
  • Prepare progress claims and invoices for clients and consultants to ensure effective project management.
  • Prepare, call and evaluate tenders as well as value variation orders.
  • Negotiate building and material costs with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage the processing of claims from consultants and subcontractors related to project matters.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor degree in Quantity Surveying, Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related filed.
  • 3+ years of QS experience in the construction field; those with more experience may be considered for a senior role.
  • Pre & Post contracts management experience in CSA or MEP works preferred.
  • Data Center construction experience is a Plus.
  • Strong knowledge in quantity take-off, site measurement, cost estimation, tender preparation, claim evaluation, variation orders and final account settlement, with hands-on experience in site progress verification and subcontract management.
  • Proficient in English language.
