Requirements:

  • Proficient in navigating Microsoft Project (MSP) or Primavera 6 (P6)
  • Possess Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Power
  • Possess good communication skills to deal with client/ main contractor/ subcontractor
  • Independent and able to adapt in a fast track construction project

Responsibilities:

  • Developing/Maintaining Master Programme/Detail Working Programme.
  • To review and oversee all aspects of the project including contracts, subcontracting issues, monitoring and advise costing & budgeting, technical and key milestone activities, project scheduling and project performance.
  • To develop/revise baseline schedule and support Project Manager (PM) in Integrated Baseline Review (IBR).
  • To prepare the progress reports / monthly reports to be submitted to the Client.
  • To ensure key dates is understood by all project personnel and the dates are implemented and achieved.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of assigned projects to develop and implement procedures, processes and systems.
  • To ensure resources and infrastructures for the project are provided, managed and adequate.
  • To ensure relevant information are adequately communicated to the project functions and levels (e.g. Client / Owner), contracting parties such as subcontractors, specialists and suppliers.
  • To ensure that the project deliverables are identified and are in compliance with the project specifications – General Specifications (GS) and Material and Workmanship Specifications.
  • To initiate project meetings to resolve site problems and issues arise during the project if necessary.
  • To ensure all arising issues related to planning with the project are attended by the relevant departments without undue delay.
  • Identify changes in work scope in the project plan.
  • Risk management workshop & Risk Register.
  • Ad-hoc task from Project Manager.

Job Type: Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From RM5,000.00 per month
