About the Role

This is a full-time Assistant Manager / Manager - Imaging role based in Subang Jaya, Selangor at OSC Orthopaedic Specialist Center. In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing the medical imaging operations and services at the clinic.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical imaging department, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality patient care
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of imaging procedures, maintaining optimal utilisation of equipment and resources
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and safety protocols related to medical imaging
  • Provide leadership and supervision to the imaging technicians, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall performance and patient experience of the imaging services
  • Collaborate closely with the medical and administrative teams to coordinate patient care and address any imaging-related concerns
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records, and generate relevant reports as required

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar managerial or supervisory role within a medical imaging or healthcare setting
  • Thorough understanding of medical imaging modalities, equipment, and related procedures
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and best practices in medical imaging
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with healthcare professionals and patients
  • Proficient in data analysis and report generation to support decision-making and operational improvements
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of imaging technicians
  • Degree in a relevant field, such as healthcare administration, medical imaging, or a related discipline
