About the Role

Are you curious, organized, and excited about connecting people with the right opportunities? We are looking for a Junior Talent Sourcing Executive
to join our HR team and help us build a
regional talent database
. You will focus on
finding great candidates
on LinkedIn and other platforms across Southeast Asia - including Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines.

This is a
full-time internal recruiter role
with a
basic salary, no sales targets, and no commission
. It's a perfect start for anyone looking to grow in
HR or talent acquisition
.

What You'll Do

  • Search for potential candidates daily on LinkedIn and other platforms
  • Build and maintain a
    regional talent pool
    for future hiring needs
  • Support the HR team with shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and basic candidate communication
  • Help with
    talent mapping
    for key roles when needed
  • Keep records organized and update the candidate database regularly
  • During off-peak recruitment weeks, assist with general HR tasks
    such as employee onboarding, documentation, or HR projects

What We're Looking For

  • Fresh graduates or 0-2 years experience in recruitment, HR, or related fields
  • Curious and proactive with a keen eye for talent
  • Comfortable using LinkedIn and online platforms for sourcing
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
