As a Sourcing Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with stakeholders and building strong relationships.
  • Establishing and nurturing a pipeline of top talent across different job families in different domains.
  • Managing candidates throughout the recruitment process.

What we're looking for:

Ideally, you have previous experience as a Recruitment or Sourcing Consultant

You have a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service to all stakeholders.

Your high level of integrity ensures that you always do what is right for candidates and clients alike.
