Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members to achieve sales, acquisition, and client satisfaction targets.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, identify skill gaps, and provide training support.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new merchants and grow existing accounts.
  • Oversee key merchant relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and business growth.
  • Support team in resolving escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Plan and execute regional marketing, promotional, and engagement campaigns.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of working experience in consumer financing.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams.
  • Willing to travel nationwide.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
