Job Description :
- Responsible for registration of new Vehicle Sales Order, invoice & issue receipt etc.
- Coordinate and assist Sales Teams to achieve outlet monthly sales target.
- Handle all documentations relating to Vehicle Sales.
- Prepare Renewal of Vehicle Insurance and Road Tax.
- Prepare report and submits to Account Dept on monthly basis.
- To ensure that all the procedure of payment is followed accordingly.
- Experience with JPJ Mysikap portal.
Job Requirement :
- Possess minimum SPM or Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in Automotive field.
- Knowledge of Basic Accounts will be an added advantage.
- Cheerful Personality and team player
- Proactive, mature & willing to learn.
