Operations Admin Executive

The Operations Admin Executive supports the smooth running of mall operations through effective documentation, coordination, and administrative follow-up. This role ensures proper record-keeping, timely communication between departments, and accurate execution of daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare, organize, and file handover documents for tenants and contractors.
• Maintain and update tenant and customer complaint records, ensuring all feedback is properly logged and followed up.
• Handle purchasing requests, including obtaining quotations, preparing purchase orders, and tracking delivery or completion.
• Record and distribute meeting minutes, ensuring assigned action items are followed up by respective departments.
• Coordinate and follow up with internal departments on maintenance, renovation, safety, and other operational matters.
• Assist in general administrative duties such as document filing, data entry, and correspondence preparation.
• Support the Operations Manager in daily coordination tasks and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in mall or property operations.
