About the role

The Admin cum Sales Executive is responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support while driving sales activities to achieve company targets. This role requires strong organizational skills, customer service orientation, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will coordinate office operations, handle sales inquiries, prepare proposals, manage customer accounts, and support the sales team in daily tasks.

Administrative Duties
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain and organize company records, files, and documentation.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as required.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • Support HR functions such as onboarding, attendance tracking, and basic payroll assistance (optional based on company structure).
Sales & Customer Service
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide product or service information.
  • Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
  • Process sales orders and coordinate delivery or service fulfillment.
  • Follow up with clients on quotations, payments, and after-sales service.
  • Support the sales team in generating leads and identifying business opportunities.
  • Assist in planning and executing sales promotions, marketing campaigns, or events.
  • Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.

What we're looking for

  1. 1-3 years of relevant experience in a sales or administrative role, preferably within the client and sales administration industry
  2. Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and AutoCount
  5. A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
  6. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy
  7. A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
