About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to lead the implementation of the TRX Integrated Management System (TiMS) — a mission-critical site-wide Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) platform.

This role will ensure the successful delivery of Contract 7B (TiMS) from design to commissioning, bridging the technical and operational requirements across multiple systems, stakeholders, and contractors. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that TRX City's interests are represented, and that the solution architecture supports the long-term operational needs of the TRX District.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of Contract 7B (TiMS) — covering design, implementation, testing, training, commissioning, and handover to TRX District Management.
  • Review and enhance the architecture of the TRX Integrated Management System (SCADA).
  • Develop user requirements and use cases in collaboration with consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Bridge knowledge gaps among users and stakeholders, providing expertise in SCADA and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Oversee all project documentation, approvals, and compliance with TRX's project governance framework.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and integration challenges, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, infrastructure contractors, consultants, and third parties to drive delivery outcomes.
  • Manage consultants and contractors to ensure delivery on time, budget, and scope.
  • Prepare internal approval papers and ensure documentation, deliverables, and trainings are properly completed.
  • Oversee system handover planning, ensuring a smooth transition to District Management IT operations.
  • Drive project decisions on solution design, architecture, and system integration.
  • Track and document project value outcomes for management reporting and post-implementation evaluation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 13 years of experience leading SCADA system projects as a Project Manager.
  • At least 8 years of hands-on experience in system design and managing complex, multi-system integration works.
  • Proven experience in design, construction, testing, and deployment of mission-critical SCADA systems.
  • Strong background in on-site project supervision, including issue resolution and coordination between contractors and consultants.
  • Deep understanding of digital infrastructure, automation systems, and control network architecture in large-scale developments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline (Master's degree is an advantage).
