DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide network administration services, including setting up new users, maintaining email distribution lists, maintaining the user databases, password security, managing access policies and monitoring performance.
  • Carry out daily backup, archiving, housekeeping and other maintenance tasks on a regular and as required basis.
  • Assist with maintenance of all network systems and server documentation and record logging.
  • Assist with the upkeep IT assets inventory and record logging.
  • Responsible for the installation of new and existing network software applications.
  • Work with users to ensure that appropriate ICT support (resources) are made available as at when required.
  • Troubleshoot software problems.

· Troubleshoot hardware, repair and replace faulty parts.

  • Do routine maintenance such as updating new version on to user's computers.
  • Provide basic training to users.

REQUIREMENT & QUALIFICATION

· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

· 1-2 years working experience in IT support.

· Knowledge in computer hardware, networking devices, VM server (basic).

· Able to communicate in both Bahasa Malaysia & English.

· Able to travel.

· Good discipline and working attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2, RM2,200.00 per month
