Key Responsibilities
- Support the Manager in managing end-to-end recruitment activities (local & foreign) for customers, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate with the Manager on customer manpower planning and hiring requirements, ensuring timely fulfilment.
- Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases and documentation records for all hiring activities.
- Manage EP & PVP applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the Manager in daily HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and HR activities/events.
- Support audits, compliance checks and documentation requests related to manpower supply and statutory requirements.
- Ensure all personal data and documents are handled in compliance with PDPA and company policies.
- Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
- 1-3 years HR or recruitment experience is and advantage
- Basic understanding of EP/PVP and labour regulations
- Recruitment, coordination, and communication skills
- Good organisation and follow-up abilities
- Proficient in MS Office and able to handle confidential information
