Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Manager in managing end-to-end recruitment activities (local & foreign) for customers, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting and coordinating interviews.
  • Coordinate with the Manager on customer manpower planning and hiring requirements, ensuring timely fulfilment.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases and documentation records for all hiring activities.
  • Manage EP & PVP applications, renewals, and cancellations, ensuring timely submission and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Support the Manager in daily HR operations, onboarding/offboarding, and HR activities/events.
  • Support audits, compliance checks and documentation requests related to manpower supply and statutory requirements.
  • Ensure all personal data and documents are handled in compliance with PDPA and company policies.
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

  • Diploma/Degree in HR, Business or related field (fresh graduates are welcome)
  • 1-3 years HR or recruitment experience is and advantage
  • Basic understanding of EP/PVP and labour regulations
  • Recruitment, coordination, and communication skills
  • Good organisation and follow-up abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office and able to handle confidential information
