About the role

Landart Design Sdn Bhd is hiring a dedicated HR Executive in George Town, Penang to manage and support key HR and administrative functions that drive our company's growth and organizational excellence.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and administer HR-related activities, including recruitment process, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management
  • Provide office administrative support, including organizing documentation, maintaining records, and assisting with day-to-day office operations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related inquiries and concerns
  • Coordinate staff training and development activities, including monitoring training needs and maintaining related documentation.
  • Assist in payroll coordination, attendance tracking, and leave administration to ensure smooth monthly processes.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a HR role.
  • Strong understanding of HR best practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels
  • Adaptable, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
