The Winning Formula (How You Get Paid): We tie your income directly to the Centre's Profit.

  • Base Salary: Security to cover your bills.
  • Profit Sharing: You get a cut of the winning pot. If the centre grows, your income grows immediately.
  • Target Income: Successful leaders earn at least RM 6,000 in their first year. There is no cap.

Your Mission:

  • CONVERT LEADS: Handle warm inquiries, meet parents, and close enrollments.
  • BUILD TRUST: Talk to parents (mostly Chinese-speaking) and build instant connection and confidence.
  • LEAD WITH ENERGY: Manage the centre team and keep the vibe high and productive.

Requirements:

  • Language: Fluent English AND Mandarin is a MUST.
  • Education: Degree is NOT required. We value sales track record (Insurance, Real Estate, Direct Sales, Retail) over paper qualifications.
  • Availability: Willing to work weekends (because that is when parents are free).
