Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bandar Klang for a Medical Records Coordinator. The coordinator will manage the organization, storage, and retrieval of medical records. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate patient information, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards, handling confidential data, and liaising with healthcare providers to support record requests. The role also involves analyzing medical data and ensuring data quality to support internal and external reporting requirements.

  • Attention to detail with experience in handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Proficiency in using medical record systems and digital tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with healthcare professionals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or medical records role is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Health Information Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
