  • Working Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm / 8:30am - 1:00pm (Alternate Sat)

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, email, or fax.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks and customer follow-ups.
  • Process sales orders (SO), coordinate with customers on order details, and follow up on payments.
  • Prepare shipping documents for overseas shipments and Delivery Orders (DO) for local deliveries; update customers on shipping status.
  • Coordinate and monitor order fulfillment to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the manager.
  • Handle ad hoc task as assigned.

Job Requirement:

  • Possess minimum SPM and/or equivalent qualifications.
  • Training will be provided for those without/with lesser experience.
