Responsibilities:

  • To maintain proper financial and accounting management records.
  • Handle daily accounting functions, preparation of payment, bank reconciliation, monthly accounting report and cash flow management.
  • Handle petty cash, cash flow, costing and forecast.
  • Credit control management.
  • Ensure all accounting records are properly maintained and reconciled.
  • Assist in the implementation and enforcement of accounting procedures.
  • To carry out other duties & ad-hoc assignment as and when required.

Requirements:

  • At least Diploma but preferably Bachelor Degree in Accounting/professional Degree in Accounting.

· Required language(s): English, Mandarin (preferred) and Bahasa Malaysia.

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Ability to manage high volume of tasks
  • Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work independently, ability to prioritize tasks & good team player.
  • Able to use photostat machine & fax machine.
  • One Accounts Executive position available.
