What You'll Be Doing:

·      Analyse client requirements and prepare solutions that meet their needs.

·      Troubleshoot and resolve software application and reporting errors.

·      Provide client support for software applications, databases, and infrastructure-related issues.

·      Deliver internal and external technical training for clients.

·      Work closely with the development team to ensure software and reports are stable before delivery.

·      Offer recommendations on application usage and solutions for reported issues.

·      Assist in enhancing software applications to meet evolving market requirements.

·      Monitor and maintain issue tracking within the helpdesk system.

·      Proficiency of English in written and oral communication is necessary.
