Salary Range: RM4000 - RM7000

  • Job Description:
  • Provide day-to-day functional support for the Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP system, ensuring smooth and efficient business operations across all functional modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues raised by end users promptly, providing effective solutions and minimizing business disruptions.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, project consultants, and vendors on system enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and the implementation of new features aligned with business objectives.
  • Assist in system configuration, setup, and functional testing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and optimal system performance.
  • Support business reporting and data analysis requirements by developing and maintaining reports, dashboards, and analytical tools within Dynamics 365.
  • Maintain documentation of system configurations, issue resolutions, and user guides.

  • Participate in user training and knowledge transfer to improve ERP system adoption and efficiency.

  • Job Requirement:

  • At least Professional Cert/ Diploma/ Degree.
  • At least 2 years experiences in providing technical support for MD365.
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and MSSQL.
  • Knowledge in programming languages such as Java, PHP, .NET, C++, web programming, and MS SQL Server is an added advantage.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV, ERP, and CRM solutions are preferred.
  • Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Project Consultant

Salary Range: RM5000 - RM8000

  • Job Description
  • Act as a key liaison between business users, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful implementation, enhancement, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
  • Provide functional and project support across all business modules, ensuring solutions align with operational and strategic goals.
  • Lead or support system configuration, customization, and integration activities, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and system-related issues, providing effective solutions to maintain smooth business operations.
  • Support data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development within Dynamics 365 to improve decision-making and business visibility.
  • Participate in system testing (UAT/SIT), validation, and documentation to ensure compliance and solution quality.
  • Conduct user training and workshops to promote system adoption and continuous improvement.

  • Contribute to process optimization and digital transformation projects, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through system capabilities.

  • Job Requirement:

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience providing functional or technical support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP).
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 modules and MS SQL Server.
  • Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV, ERP, or CRM solutions is preferred.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant academic exposure or internship experience in MD365 systems are encouraged to apply.
