About the role

We are seeking an experienced ERP Functional Consultant / Business Analyst (D365 F&O) to join our team. This full-time hybrid role will be based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor and will play a crucial part in implementing and supporting our clients' Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations systems.

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. Experience with Supply Chain modules (SCM) is an advantage.
  • Experience with ERP systems such as Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Oracle NetSuite, SAP, SAGE, Epicor, Infor, or related ERP software will be an added advantage.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.

    (Fluency in Mandarin is preferred as the role involves interactions with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex business requirements and design appropriate solutions
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle, project management, and change management methodologies
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Immediate starters preferred.
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Analyse business requirements, design solutions, and configure Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations to meet client needs
  • Develop functional and technical specifications for new system developments and enhancements
  • Deliver end-to-end implementation of D365 F&O, including data migration, testing, training and go-live support
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing D365 F&O systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Document processes, configurations, and solutions for future reference and knowledge sharing
